By engaging with Summit Space Organizers, you're entering a partnership built on mutual respect and physical transformation. Have you ever wondered what makes a truly organized home? It starts with the understanding that our services are professional, collaborative, and subject to the following protocols.
1. Professional Boundaries
At Summit Space Organizers, our organizers are dedicated to space optimization and decluttering. We're not heavy-duty movers or hazardous waste disposal experts. While we'll help categorize and sort, the final decision to discard or donate items rests entirely with you. We don't throw anything away without your express permission.
2. Payment & Scheduling
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your specific dates on our calendar. We understand that life in New York is unpredictable, but we require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to provide this notice results in a forfeiture of the deposit. Balance payments are due immediately upon the completion of each session.
3. Media & Privacy
We love showcasing the power of organization. However, we'll never post photos of your space without your written consent. If you do allow us to use "Before & After" photos, we ensure no personal identifiable information is visible. Your privacy is our priority.
4. Liability
Summit Space Organizers carries professional liability insurance. We handle your belongings with extreme care; however, we aren't liable for incidental breakage or damage to fragile items not disclosed prior to the session. Ready to reclaim your space?
A Note on Collaboration
Organization is a journey. We provide the map and the compass, but you're at the helm. For digital organization services, please ensure you've backed up all critical data before our session begins. We strive for excellence, yet technical hardware failures are outside our scope of responsibility.
